1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of creative production services by Seasky Productions ("Seasky", "we", "us") to clients ("you", "the Client") who engage us via seaskyproductions.com or directly. By booking or engaging Seasky's services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Seasky is a creative production company. We provide production services for fashion, beauty, sports and lifestyle brands, including but not limited to creative direction, casting, location scouting, crew sourcing, on-set production management, and post-production coordination. We do not sell physical products through this website; all engagements relate to bespoke production services agreed on a project-by-project basis.

2. Quotes & Bookings

All work is scoped and quoted individually. A booking is only confirmed once a written quote or proposal has been agreed and any required deposit has been received. Verbal discussions and draft proposals do not constitute a confirmed booking.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due per the payment schedule set out in your project quote or invoice. Late payment may affect the delivery timeline of your project.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Ownership of final deliverables and the scope of usage rights (including territory and duration) will be set out in your individual project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, usage rights are granted to the Client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate briefs, timely feedback and approvals, and any necessary permissions, product samples or access required for us to deliver the project on schedule. Delays caused by late Client input may affect delivery timelines and incur additional costs.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seasky's total liability arising from any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

8. Force Majeure

Seasky is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, travel disruption, illness, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
